What can I spend my balance on?

Does my balance expire?

No. Your balance rolls over month to month for as long as your account is open.

What happens if I close my account?

You can cancel anytime after your second deposit. You’ll have 3 months after closing to use any remaining balance.

Can I switch accounts?

Of course. You can move between Essentials and Reserve as your routine changes.

Do I need to know what I want before I start?

Not at all. We’ll build your plan together at your consultation.

Accounts may be canceled anytime after the second monthly deposit. Any remaining balance must be used within 3 months of closing. Monthly deposits are charged automatically to the card on file. Balance is non-transferable and has no cash value. Treatments are subject to medical eligibility. Payment for treatments beyond your balance is due at the time of service.
